*Breaking* Photo Documents Barry Soetoro (Obama): Indonesian Citizen, Muslim Religion
We just received this photo of a school registration form, courtesy of reader “curious,” taken by Tatan Syuflana, an Indonesian AP reporter and photographer. There was an AP story story in Jan. 2007, but it did not include this photo. The photo has become relevant now in the context of other revelations reported.
The AP caption reads: “This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro into the Catholic school made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy’s religion as Islam. (AP Photo/ Tatan Syuflana)”
A quick search through Google reveals that there is an actual Associated Press photographer by the name Tatan Syuflana. It appears that this photographer specializes in the Indonesian region of the world. The upload timeframe would have been around February 14, 2007 about 2 or so weeks after the document was released that states that the document was made available on January 24, 2007.
The date of January 24, 2007 was about the time that FOX news incorrectly reported that the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta was a madrassa. The school itself is NOT in question. What IS in question is Barack Obama’s identity, whether or not his name is legally ‘Barry Soetero’; whether or not if he was adopted by Lolo Soetero, whether or not if he retains Indonesian citizenship …
Samples of Tatan Syuflan’s work appears in common news websites such as CBS, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and Time magazine. What is still mysterious is that the photo of the registration document appears to have been scrubbed. In depth research finds that any site related to the Associated Press does not feature it on their site. If it did, it appeared briefly. The actual document itself is eluded to in various articles, find out more below.
What It Means
This AP photo is compelling evidence of the following assertions, which have been set forth on this blog:
1. Barack Obama had Indonesian citizenship
2. Barack Obama had the legal name Barry Soetoro
3. Barack Obama was a Muslim, despite his “fight the smears” claim that he never has been.
In addition, it means that Barack Obama apparently lied to the Illinois Supreme Court when asked to provide former names, according to this Attorney’s Registration Record:
When was Barack Obama going to tell the electorate about his Indonesian identity and citizenship?
What is the current status of his Indonesian citizenship?
Did Barack Obama travel to Pakistan in 1981 on an Indonesian passport?
Does his birth certificate say Barry Soetoro?
Did he ever legally change his name from Soetoro to Obama?
Is the correct name on the ballot?
The Indonesian school registration form has been translated.
Give me a break. So one document in Indonesia has him using his step-father’s last name, nationality and religion. This is not really a great mystery. It was 1967 Indonesia… it was not part of their culture to have mixed religious marriages, divorces, etc. Would you sit there and try to explain all of this to the school that you’re trying to get your child into, or would you just do what they did? I’ve worked in SE Asia, and I know I would have done what they did.
If all of this is just smear, I’d like to know
1)How did Barac/Barry live in Indonesia for four years straight as an American citizen? Most countries insist after six months you leave for a period before you can return.
2)Barac/Barry admidts to holding an Indonesian passport. How did he get it? Don’t you have to be an Indonesian to get their passport? Wouldn’t this explain how he could reside in the country for four straight years?
Inquiring minds want to know, like we found out about John Edwards, eh?

As for your first point, most countries have made it easier for tourists to visit their countries by offering landing permits for visitors so that they don’t have to get visas for short stays. These permits are usually for 60 or 90 days. But you can still get a visa to stay in the country long-term if you visit an embassy or consulate before you go, and then renew it each year that you’re in the country. I’ve lived and worked in a number of Asian countries (including Indonesia)on visas. I spent 3 years living in Japan (which has a very strict immigration policy) and I’ve never been a citizen of any country but the good ol’ US of A. It would have been a lot easier for Obama’s mother to get a visa (actually, she could even have gotten a residency permit), since she was married to an Indonesian man.
As for Obama “admitting” that he held an Indonesian passport, while I’ve seen this “news” on conservative websites all over the web, I have not seen one site that actually offers any evidence of this, not one that actually cites an independent news source. These same sites have had a history of telling one lie after another, so I see no reason to take this seriously, now. I listed below some of the lies that they’ve already told.
The Birth Certificate
First, these sites accused Obama of not having a US birth certificate. He produced one and posted it on the Internet.
Then, the Anti-Obama people began to spread a rumor that his “certificate of live birth” is not the same as a birth certificate. All you have to do is check with the Hawaii state government to find out that this was a lie… “Certificate of Live Birth” is what’s written on a Hawaiian birth cert….
Next, they make up some story about there being a law in the US that said that a mother had to be 19 to pass her citizenship on to her child and his mother was only 18, so he’s not a citizen….. That’s nonsense, there was no such law, if he was born in the US he’s a US citizen…
Then they said (this is my favorite one)the Kenyan constitution gives citizenship to anyone whose father was Kenyan and, since Kenya’s constitution says it this takes precedent over foreign laws (like the US Constitution, WHAT!?!?!) he is a Kenyan citizen.
They also that the birth cert was a forgery… well, we’ll see… but, if it is, it sure fooled the US government when he got his US passport!
Now, after the the Kenya thing didn’t stick, they want us to believe that he’s an Indonesian citizen… well, after all the lies, they need to offer some evidence of this.
The Marxist/Muslim Fundamentalist story
These are also the same sites that accused him of being a Marxist, fundamentalist Muslim, who was radicalized in Indonesia between the ages of 6 and 10 and has been pretending to be a Christian ever since. This doesn’t make sense on so many levels. First of all (Aside from the sheer ridiculousness of assuming a 10 year old went undercover for nearly 40 years to fulfill his evil plot) Obama went to two public schools and, at the time, Suharto was in charge of Indonesia (1967 - 1998). The Suharto government was very much against fundamentalist Islam and any fundamentalists that were in the country were forced to leave the country or go into hiding. But this was actually long after Obama even lived in Indoensia, since the fundamentalist Islam movement didn’t even take root in SE Asia until the end of the 80’s (when Muslims from Indonesia went to Afghanistan to help them get rid of a Soviet backed Communist government). Which brings me to another point. How can you be a Marxist/ Muslim fundamentalist? Marxists are atheists, infidels, and fundamentalist Muslims despise them, this doesn’t make sense.
(There are plenty more obvious lies that I can document for you and show you why they’re impossible… but I think this makes my point.):-)

The “Attorneys Registration Record” does not care about just ANY “Former Full Names.” It cares only about any former full names UNDER WHICH THAT ATTORNEY HAS PRACTICED LAW.
Since Obama has never practiced law under any name other than Barack Usseain Obama, it is the only name that is listed on the document.

WRONG AGAIN. You don’t get the point. It is that she needs to be at least 16 yrs old and had lived 5 years in the US. That is the law at the time.
Also, there is other evidence that it taken into account in this whole “natural-born” citizenship investigation. There are conflicting family-member stories as to which hospital he was born in and where he was born.
I am conservative, independent voter and just want to know the truth. Did he lie or did he not lie? Can we just throw out those pieces of the Constitution? Do you even care? Is it any surprise that the US government could overlook this kind of issue in light of their overlooking Freddie/Fannie’s problems?

On one particular important point, I believe Andrew is incorrect. As I understand it, that “drop your baby on u.s. soil and he/she is automatically a u.s. citizen” - thing didn’t begin until about 1965, when the law was changed. And I’ve had to order a duplicate B.C. from my birth-state twice: they have much more info on them, such as what HOSPITAL. Also, it is strange that the serial # on the ‘certification’ is blacked out. I understand that part of that serial # on that type of ’short-form document IN HAWAII shows the year of birth clearly in a section of that serial #. Then, there is the listing of the father’s race as ‘African’. Funny…I didn’t know that an Arab born in Algeria or Libya was of the same race as some one born in, say, the Congo or Nigeria. In 1961, I think his fathers race would have been listed as Negro or colored, just as mine would’ve been listed as caucasian or white, not “European”. As if a person with reasonable questions didn’t have enough to find odd, Mr. Obama or Soetoro announces that he’s going to Hawaii to visit his very ailing grandmother, waits 3-4 days, then lo and behold, I read on October 24th that the GOVERNOR of Hawaii is “SEALING” WHATEVER birth records that the state MIGHT have on him! Now, what the hell is going on?! First, what records ARE these that are being SEALED? ‘Mimeo-graphs’ of the ones his mother brought from Kenya? Why didn’t he just take 30 minutes to have them pulled out and laid on a table BEHIND the counter for a couple of photographers in his press entourage to snap for the newspapers? Does anyone believe those state employees would have turned him down? They would’ve done that for him in FIVE minutes. But no! HE has to call the GOVERNOR, and clear up…NOTHING. Something really SMELLS…

7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary)
11. Occidental College records
12. Parent’s Marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service Registration
15. Trips schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles
17. List of all campaign workers that are lobbyists

Do not think that the system/law (especially the citizenship’s) in Indonesia is the same as in USA. Barrack Obama was 6 years old who fully depend on his parents at the time. Even, we are here in Indonesia, do not have Indonesian citizenship if we do not have the birth certificate issued by local authority and then an ID card when we have reached the age of 17.
And a silly copy of school registration book is not even a proof of Indonesian citizenship but the Indonesian Birth certificate or ID card are.
Everyone here can make such a copy easily, even the real Indonesian ID Card can be forged.
Obama was born in Hawaii (USA) which should have the USA birth certificate instead of Indonesian’s. So why do you think it’s a problem to you guys? It’s obvious that Barrack Obama was not an Indonesian citizen.
It was impossible for a child below the age of 17 to have his/her own Indonesian passport at the time. The international identification/passport will attach to his/her mother’s passport.
The things is, Barrack Obama did not have options to decide whether he wants to be a USA or Indonesian’s citizen, a Muslim or not, or anything as he was only 6 years old.

If it is proven later that Obama has duel citizenship
or a problem with US citizenship will any legislation, that
requires his signature to become law, be valid. To avoid
any more controversy Obama should make all his personal and college record public. Everyone can fully examine the information and put this issue to rest.
At that time in the 60’s Indonesia was a police state and required that only citizens could attend public schools.
Indonesia does not recognize dual citizenship. Therefore he lost his American citizenship.
