Is His Legal Name Obama or Soetoro?
Barack Obama is running for President as… well, Barack Hussein Obama. That’s his legal name, right?
Or is it.
There is now evidence indicating that his actual valid Birth Certificate on file in Hawaii says Barry Soetoro. That was the Indonesian identity that Obama acquired when Lolo Soetoro adopted him. His original Birth Certificate, presumably in the name Barack Hussein Obama, was sealed. That’s our theory.
It seems that Obama put a fake Birth Certificate on his official campaign website because he wanted to hide his Indonesian identity from us, including his Muslim background and that pesky Constitutional dual-citizenship matter. That is our assertion.
And we believe that Barry Soetoro started using the name “Obama” sometime in the 70’s, it would seem.
BUT, interestingly, our researchers have been unable to locate the public record showing that Barry Soetoro legally changed his name back to Barack Obama. Sure, he could have used his original birth certificate (the one that was sealed) in the name “Obama” as an identity document over the years, and no one would have known…(didnt he say that he found that in a shoe box in high school?)
But what is Obama’s official, legal name? Is it the name he used to sign his candidacy papers for the President? Is it the one which will be on the ballot for the Democratic party nomination in Denver this month? Is it the one that will be on the ballot for President in all the states this November? Is it the one he used to enroll in private schools?
Or is it the name he used to travel to Pakistan?
Is his legal name Barack Obama, or Barry Soetoro?
UPDATE:
For those who have not followed this story, Soetoro is the name on Obama’s Birth Certificate (BC) because a new BC was issued when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his step-father. His original BC, which we assume was issued for Barack Hussein Obama at birth, would have been sealed at that time.
We assert that Barry Soetoro acquired Indonesian citizenship in approximately 1965-1966, and may still hold it. Barack Obama possibly changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama as an older child, teenager, or adult, possibly never did — but even if he did, this procedure would not result in a change to the BC.
The Birth Certificate published by Obama on his campaign website (still there, by the way) and distributed to the media was forged because the real BC on file is in the name Soetoro, an identity he apparently wanted to hide from the American people.
I am getting reports from different sources that Obama traveled to Pakistan in ‘81 with an Indonesian passport.
These revelations raise several troubling issues for Obama’s electability and eligibility. Foremost, there is the concerted attempt to conceal his background and dual citizenship/identity from the electorate. Secondly, there is a potential Constitutional problem with a POTUS having held dual citizenship; Article II of the constitution requires the POTUS and Commander-in-Chief to have only ONE loyalty to country, and that must be to the US.
I will post links to relevant previous articles on these issues, but you can find them all on this blog.

My husband adopted my two oldest children (step-parent adoption) in Florida. Both children were issued new birth certificates with their new names (my daughter’s last name was changed and my son, since he was very small and went by a nickname, had his entire name changed). Their birth certificates would be viewed as if my husband was their birth father — no indication of adoption. It would be illegal for either my son or my daughter to use their original birth certificates instead of their now legal birth certificates.(It would be called fraud for them to do so.)

I am a child that was adopted by 1 parent, while the other was the original birth parent. I have the court documents to prove the adoption, but a new birth certificate was never created. My birth certificate is the same today as it was when I was born. My adoption was here in the US and there was no change to my birth certificate. Why would an adoption in Indonesia be cause for a new birth certificate to be issued in the US.
Sorry I just don’t see your theory holding up.
