Reverse Discrimination
Fired Hanna coach Frank Webb has filed a grievance against the school for wrongful termination of his duties as head baseball coach. He is claiming reverse discrimination saying he was treated differently for being white and for being a man.
Webb believes his case is valid and has many examples of the discrimination coming from a Hispanic administration including a female principle and that they all want him out as a head coach.
The school district issued a statement reading B.I.S.D. legally can not respond to personnel matters. Local coaches have only had positive remarks on Webb’s tenure at Hanna.
